Custom Curtain System Mullions...

Hello:

We have a design in which the mullion cap extends past the curtain system sill by two feet. Is it possible in Revit to get a vertical curtain wall mullion to extend past the system's head or sill?

Yes you can. It's all related to the mullion profile used. You might require an in-place family to cap the top of the mullion.
Depending on the configuration you may also want to consider creating the mullion as part of the curtain panel family

I would just set the top of your curtain wall to where the mullions end at the top, add a grid line and mullion where the actual top of the system will be, and then change the panels above your "top" mullion to empty panels.
