A bit of a Weird one, Common to all schedules
I am creating a Schedule (Lets say a revision schedule) , and instead of adding rows down the page, i would like revit to add them up the page. Attached is an old Autocad Sheet showing what i mean.
Can this be Achieved?

I don't think so. All schedules are top-down.

you could fake it a bit by not including any headers on your scheudle and then sorth by descending. the annotation describing #, date, revision, etc would be regular text inserted in your titleblock.

Justin.... good idea... tried it but the sort by descending just sorts the revisions in descending order and as you add revisions the schedule grows down in length .... sounds like Dwane uses a revision schedule similar to our office the revision schedule is right above the tile block (which is in the lower right corner of the title block sheet) and we start revision 1 directly above the title block and revision 2 above revision 1 and so on.... this way we can typically use the space above the title block for drawing (which is normally legends or typical notes etc in this space) and only need to leave a small amount of room for possible revisions... if the revision list gets so long that it would interfere with the items placed above the revision list (which rarely happens) then we move the items when required .... add this function to the improvements wish list
With any luck giving the option to have revision schedules (or any schedule) to build/grow/expand from the bottom up (instead of just from the top down) in the next release will improve schedules flexibility
