hellos,

Is it possible to assign a category/comment or type identifiers to diemensions?

I'm trying to turn off certain diemensioning annotations in some plans/views. (eg. architecural plans vs demolition plans of the same level)

cheers!

Nope, but you can just delete them?

Maybe create a new dimension type, then "select all instances" and hide them.

If you hide them temporarily, they will still print.

i believe that dimensions can be view specific. perhaps duplicate your view and have certain dimensions show up in one and the rest show up in the other.

That's just not something you do in Revit. This isn't AutoCAD with layers. You have a view specific to each task and printed output.... Then there is never anything to turn on or off.
