Using Search on the AU Online website

Has anyone tried using Search on the AU Online website and found that they were unable to get any results (even when you knew the topic you searched for existed on the site)? I sent a query to the AU Online team (with screen-shots) and they sent screen-shots back showing that when they entered the same data into the fields as I did, they got the correct result. But they were not sure why it wasn't working on my pc. I thought it may be due to my settings in Internet Explorer? Does anyone know what the problem may be please?
