Subscription Pricing?

I know that this might have been asked before but I could not find anything out about it. I have noticed several people talking about 3 year plans on subscription renewals. Does this offer only exist for larger multi seat clients or everyone? Further, I mostly hear only the ACAD people refer to this. Is it in existence for Revit also? I assume that this is something that you have to ask the Reseller about.

I am annual.

I can pay for future years versions today and get a discount. Can that have marketing spin applied so as to allow you to arrive at the impression you have been given?
