Wall Cleanup

I have a compound wall type (simple - stone below with water table cap, brick above), but the cleanups are not correct.

When I utilize the wall cleanup tool to either mitre or butt the corners, the display does not change. I don't believe it has anything to do with the wall construction, as they are all the same wall type, the same core should suffice.

Any hints on how to correct this?

I'd guess that the grey wall above is causing the problem. Cut it to the clipbaord. See if you can then clean up the join. Then paste the walls back in.
