Ok so it was easier for me to build my stair rails and panels using profiles on the rails. This has worked well thus far, except now I have the issue of my Rails being cut vertically and a bit short of the end of the baulster. Does anyone know of a way to change the rails to cut perpendicular to the stringer. Or a workaround for this issue? Or maybee even an alternate/better way to construct this rail?

Thanks if you do

Does it help setting up the break pattern and corner post to each segment end ,or is it possible that you can post the baluster family on this website so I can try to play around with it myself. You will have to select the railing make it a group and save it out as a group.

I've looked at the break pattern, but not sure I understand how to apply that to this railing. It is built such that it stops and restarts at each run. So it's not truely continuous. Attached is the rail, let me know if you come up with a solution.

It seems like there is no setting to make the rail end follow the angle of the baluster because normally when creating the baluster you create then vertically and the rail end does not give you any problem as its end ends parallel to the baluster. For this reason I would suggest that you rather create the railing as custom family allowing you to have more flexibility on the railing

Can you use an inplace family for this one condition? (Fake it in)

How would you go about that Skisouth? Would he need to use a void or something? Personally I like Nelson's suggestion of making it as a custom family as it would make the project a lot lighter than doing an in place family.

I havent' gotten into costom families much yet, but I'll explore that

Is this what you're after? If so, you were close, just study the railing/balluster settings. You'll have to extend the 1-1/2" handrail manually to follow the floor / landings (as shown here), unless you create a second handrail to be on the interior (and not part of the main railing) and host it to the stair.

You might want to modify the starting balluster, if you look closely it extends beyond the first riser.

EDIT - not what you're after - I'll leave this posted for the time being.
