call outs

i couldn't figure out why certain section lines were not printing even though i could see them on my screen, then i realized that when the section view or call out were dropped into a view, they would then print. i would like call outs and sections that have not been placed in sheets to still be print. where is the setting to change that?

there is a checkbox in the print window under settings that says "hide unreferenced view tags" just make sure that it's unchcecked.
