Express tools - didn't reload?

I have a user how loaded express tools and 2005 last week on to his XP machine. When he got here this morning some of the express tools no longer worked? We had power flashes last night but I think it is something I have had to fix before. What is I need to do to get them working?

Easiest thing would just be to reinstall them from the acad 05 install cd. No use in messing around trying to figure out what is missing?

Try typing EXPRESSMENU in the command prompt. This should reload them.
