File Path Field not updating correctly in TrueView

On all the drawings I make, I have a field that shows the file path for where the drawing is located. Just recently we have noticed a problem when other users in our company open the drawing with True view. Instead of showing them the current path it always shows the original path. When I open the same file it will show me the current path. We tried this side by side, one on a computer with true view, one with AutoCAD, same file, same location, and Autocad showed it correctly while True view somehow knew the original location and showed that. Any advice/fixes anyone can offer would be greatly appreciated!

I am having a similar issue. I have a plot date field on a titleblock and it's not updating when I print/plot. It currently shows 4 dashes and that is it. Same scenario with AutoCAD it updates with regular AutoCAD.
