I know this has probably been asked before, but I cannot find the answer:
I've got a topo surface made from absolute levels between 108m and 117m. My building is located on a at 110.5m, but I want the ground floor to read 0m instead of 110.5m.
Please let me know how I can do this?

Hi Neal,
In a section / elevation view, try >tools >project location >relocate this project
click start point and move down 110500 - zoom all and the level should show read 0
Note that topo contour labels still show absolute levels as entered.
Hope this helps.

Thanks Steve,
I must have set it the site up incorrectly as when I follow those instructions, the levels move, but ground level is still set to 110500.
Appreciate the help though.

Make sure your levels are reporting Shared Coordinates and not Project coordinates.

Thats the trick David, beautiful!
Thanks for your help guys, I knew there was a simple way to do it but being a relative novice could not figure it out.
Cheers!
