Getting Started Guide

Hey guys, sorry if this has been asked a bazillion times before but, I've got the guide in .pdf format but, I don't have the electronic .rvt files that go along with it anywhere. Does anyone have the gsgexercisefile.rvt for the imperial version and any other files that might go along with the getting started guide?

I'm trying to put together a few packages for clients that are looking at moving to Revit.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
