Missing Room Info in Schedules

All, I've an odd one, maybe someone can help. We are working on a large library project, and also have the F&E contract, so furniture schedules are very important. When we add the the Room:Number & Room:Name fields to the schedule, not all show up! (see attached file) 1. All furniture are in rooms 2. Some are in design option sets, but some of these show up fine. Ideas?

I just had a major D'oh moment. The furniture is in multiple rooms, so it shows nothing. Now, the client really wants to know what furniture is in what room, so back to the virtual drawing board.
