Vertical wall cutout?

Can someone tell me how I would make vertical cutouts in a wall that go from floor to ceiling?

Depends on what you are trying to do:

Edit profile...

Vertical Reveal...

In-place void...

In that case you can use one of the last two suggestions.

For the vertical reveal you would have to make a custom profile then load that and create a new reveal sweep type.

For the in-place void you just select "create" and "generic model", select "void" and "extrusion" and just draw the shape in plan, making sure the extrusion depth is set to the correct height. Then you have to make sure the void is cut out of the wall using "cut geometry" before you can finish the model.
