Label Arbitrary Pipe Invert

Is there a way to label an arbitrary pipe invert in plan view?

Hi Brian,
You CAN create a label using reference text and pull the invert from the pipe network. I'll have to check and see for sure. If I can get the label created, I'll post it here as an attached dwg. C3D 2007 OK?
