Design Option

Once you set up Design Option, I realize that you're not able to switch
certain object from design option set 1 to the other design option set

Is anybody know how to change it?
only way that I can find is just delete whole design set.

One way:

Open the design option you want to remove items from. Select items & cut. Close option

Open option you want to add removed items. Paste.
