View rotation on sheet command

Rotating a view 90 degrees on a sheet works fine, except that the view title rotates along with it. Is there a way to rotate only the view but keep the view title right side up?

Rotate the Crop region when the view is activated, and the view will rotate it. Youll have to adjust the extents of the crop region after the fact, it gets a bit nutty when you rotate it.

BTW, rotate the crop region the OPPOSITE direction that you want the view to rotate...
