looking at multileaders and so far they are great except one thing - how do i update the information in a block once it is placed in the drawing? at insert the attribute editor pops up and i have the option to change the text in a block but i dont see any option to do this once one is placed in the drawing.

Is everything in your block stricktly AutoCAD? Or have you incorporated any ACA components? I'm thinking this should be in the AutoCAD 2008 forum if everything is straight AutoCAD.

Alright, then I will move this over to the AutoCAD 2008 forum.

Are you wanting to edit / update the Attribute text inside the _TagHexagon Block attached to a MultiLeader?

If yes, double-click on the actual Attribute text itself.

If no, please supply further details / information on the problem you are currently experiencing.

Have a good one, Mike

It may be too late for this comment, but what if you set the attribute to blank, or no value. This is common so that we know we need a tag, but we may not know the value yet. But, you can not place a value once it has been made blank. Try it.

You can use DDEDIT as I learned from another recent thread (http://forums.augi.com/showthread.php?t=70355&highlight=ddedit).
