I was wondering how everyone was going about setting up there printers in AutoCAD 2008.
We will be changing out servers soon and also upgrading to AutoCAD & Revit 2008.
In the past we used PC3 files and now we are unsure if this is still the best way to go or it we should try setting up system printers.

i have 2008 pathed to our pc3/pmp directory still. i havent read anything that would make me want to change that anytime soon. the big advantage of shared pc3 files over a system printer is you have control over the print settings, and at that level everyone is printing the same thing.

I have my network printers, but use .ctb files. I don't set up the pc3's. I have them all saved on the network so everyone has access to them.
