I have a question about how Revit creates PDF's using acrobat compared to how ACAD does. When I create a PDF in Revit with the adobe pdf printer, my PDF, when opened in photoshop has a white background whereas the PDF created in ACAD with the adobe pdf.pc3 printer opens in pshop with no white background, just the line work. Is there a work around for this or is it just the way it is?

Thanks

Sure, I was told that all I need to do is open the pdf in pshop, create a new layer, place the pdf on top of the new layer, make the layer with the pdf on it a multiply layer, then everything drawn, colored ect on layers under the pdf layer will show through as if the white background was transparent. Pretty slick actually
