Revit 2008 - Toolbar - Text label??

Right click in the toolbar area. Text Label is an option. Checking and unchecking wiggles the toolbar area, but I can find nothing it actually does! Is this a bug or am I in need of a vacation?

It removes the text in the: move,copy,rotate, array, mirror
and in the: align, slip, offset, etc... buttons

..and it's been there since 8.1 I believe.

It looks like a bug because of the 'spasm' it does when it changes. You'd think there was an earthquake in Revitland.
