Crop region should stay visible

Crop region should be accessable even when set to not print. or should be able to be kept visible while not printing. maybe change color when set to non-print, but it's unnecessary to have to go through the extra step of making it in/visible before/after each edit to the view scope, especially when working w/ details.

I agree. Would be nice to have the ability to hide it in the current view but still be able to select it like ref planes.
