Fill Pattern File Dialog Error

Anyone else experiencing this?

Left hand dialog box pane does not expand with the window???

All the other dialog's do this, it should do it shouldn't it??

Yes. Seems to NOT expand with some commands. I'm at home at the moment and can't quote you which ones, but it is annoying.
