I'd like to change the color of the Interior Points on a Topo, from black to anything else, but can't find a graphic override. Is there anything there that I'm missing?

My issue is trying to trace over a scanned pencil original topo where all the contours are thick black lines. As I zoom in to a narrow view I lose any ability to see where my points have been placed.

Maybe all this has been amended in my new 2008 that I'm now installing!

why not adjust the scanned image in photoshop first to alter the colours of the pencil lines?

Max.

I didn't start out there, Max, so I'm trying to make corrections on the fly. If you can't change the color of the points then your solution is probably the only one.
Thanks.

I had to go back & start over with my topo. I seem to have lost the original files - corrupted, & the journal wouldn't run to completion - after installing 2008. Anyway, Max has the perfect solution. I colorized my scan to red & the interior points show clearly. (It would have been nice & simpler to change the point color, but oh well...)
