VISIBILITY CATEGORY FOR FILLED REGIONS

I cant seem to find a visibilty category for filled regions. How can I turn them on or off?

I believe they are detail items.

Even though filled regions are not a sub-category of detail Items, turning off detail items does turn off the filled regions.
