Change to 'Category Invisible' functionality

Chad Smith has caught the new functionality of RAC2008's 'Category Invisible' tool. In 9.1, if you clicked a line and chose this option, it would only turn off the subcategory. Now, it turns off the 'Lines' main category and thus all subcatgories under.

While the new functionality makes a degree of sense -- click a wall and all subcatgories of walls turn off (it does say Category Invisible rather than subcategory invisible) -- it was really nice to kill all objects in a subcategory in one go.

In fact, this is such an entrenched part of my workflow that I think it's critical that the old functionality be returned. Vote for this in Chad's original post:

I've noticed a similar change with Families - VH doesn't work at all!.

Agreed on that one. I find that really annoying. I always want to turn off reference planes before i save a family.

I'm surprised no one else has picked up on this. We use this feature all the time in projects and families, and we're going to have to click many more times to get work done now. Arggh. :banghead:

I'm gonna tell the boss to hold on "upgrades" (for a looong time) till I start seeing some good comments. We will be good with 9.0 till I decide that all this add ons are beefed up soo much where they make a real BIG diff.
