Strange things appear / happen on screen when working with 3D Solids

I don't know how to explain this so the only way is to attach the two files. This situation is really very frustrated to me since it messes up my work.

I sent a copy to Dell the computer manufacturer, if that does not work, I will try Intel.

Someone mentioned I should disable my Hyper Threading in my machine and to look at a different video driver.

Any information from you would really be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

What version of AutoCAD are you running (from the attached screen capture it looks like AutoCAD 2006)?

What Graphics card are you using?

What Driver are you using with that Graphics card?

Yes, I use AutoCAD 2006.

nVidia Quadro FX 3500, with 256MB memory (Dual card)
I should be trying the most current driver (November 2006) hopefully by early next week.
Since I cannot install it myself, I have to wait for the IT personel to install it.

Syetem memory is 4GB RAM

Proccessor Duo Core Intel 4GHz

Hard Drive - Lots of spare space.

I sure think I have more than enough resource for 3D rendering.
