TitleBlock Parameters???!!

I'm hoping someone has played with this before . .

I am always forgetting to cross out my "Do not scale from this drawing" note from my title block when submitting for planning permission, so I tried to make an instance parameter that I could switch it on and off when neccessary . . with no luck.

I can do it where I actually write in in as a parameter, but I would have to do this manually each time.

Anyone who could point me in the right direction I would appreciate it.

you should be able to go to the properties of the text and set a yes/no parameter for its visibility. I've always done these as type parameters for my In progress text, but I'd think instance would be the same.
