Is there a way to repeat a command over and over again without having to go back to the menu bar each time. For instance, I am using a number of arc length dimensions, and each time I want another one I have to select "dimensions" and then the appropriate button. It would be neat if it remembered what I did last time and started with that function as an option.

type "di" and it will activate the dimension tool. Be aware that you DONT hit "ENTER" like you would in autocad
di - dimension
dl - detail line
mv- move
co -copy (might be cp)
and more...
I haven't been industrious enough to see if there is a keyboard command for the kind of dimension. But let me know if you find out....

You'll still have to pick the arc option though once you've entered the dimension command using DI.
I don't believe its possible to setup a shortcut directly to that... :(

...to repeat a command over and over again without having to go back to the menu bar each time..I took this to mean: is there a way to repeat a command the (dare i say it) AutoCAD way, i.e. hit the return bar, in which case there is no Revit equivalent?
Keyboard shortcut's still need to be "re-typed", don't they?
:?
