Shared coordintes again

I've linked a DWG file using center to center. The DWG site file is drawn way off the 0,0.
Then i acquire coordinates and when i go and read a Revit line endpoint for coordinates it's still shows me the wrong one.
I did reconcile the DWG

Step 1 - link dwg(not current view only)
Step 2 - aquire coordinates
Step 3 Save to central-
Step 4 switch to true north and specify coordinates at point, you should see the right number. the z might be wrong unless you move the dwg in elevation up or down as needed.

Tried that but then i loose track of that DWG.
