Visibility Graphics Overrides

In the VG overrides, in model categories, and under walls, Revit 9.1 had an override for the cut pattern. This came in handy for walls that you wanted to show with a solid fill in plan, then in section turn it off to show your top plates, insulation etc.
Where has this override been moved to, and why did they do this?
I have been finding alot of little things that need to be adjusted in our templates. Did Autodesk document any of these changes?

You can override the Lines and Patterns for Projection/Surface and Cut from the Visibility/Graphics Overrides window. It is described in the What's New in This Release section of the help file, under Visibility and Graphics.
