How does everyone go about issuing schedule revisions on 8.5x11 sheets? I would like to show only a portion of the door schedule where my revised doors are located so I can cloud them, but of course the schedule is too large to fit on 8.5x11, and you can't place a schedule into a drafting view so part of it can be masked off and only a small portion of it shown. Ideas?

I just PDF the portion I need and clip it in Acrobat. The 'real' sched is updated and I put a revision mark on the full size version for the next time it will get plotted as the full sheet.

Well I should have said that we have an 8.5 x 11 version of our title block that we use for these types of revisions. So how would I get a portion of the door schedule onto our 8.5 x 11 revision title block?

Put a parameter in the doors to show a revision. Duplicate the schedule and filter by the revision parameter. Alternately we use a revision phase added to the model during CA. We can then create new objects (or revise) and filter views schedules etc. by the new phase.

Hey I like that idea of a revision phase, I may give that a try. :)
