Detail bubble

I cant seem to change my detail bubble to a square shape. I have edited the section anno family and saved it under a new name. loaded it. and i can get it to show up in the settings>anno.... I also make a new type for the section and then select it and it does not change. Even stranger, it reverts back to the original type.

Perhaps the best question is: What family does the detail bubble use ?
