Turn off conc pattern only in perspective?

I have the old problem of my conc. pattern showing black in perspective. Is there a way to just turn off the conc pattern...it is on floors and walls ( cant turn off walls or I loose my other patterns)

Or is does anyone have a conc. model pattern?

Got it...Just changed the pattern file to "model"
