Folks: I need door schedule tantric relief. Please someone tell me, I've got 5 doors, all the same, I want a schewdule with one line that reads a count of 5 not 5 lines of 1....Anyone have a quick point to a location where schedule nirvanna lives? I am having the same issue with windows...i got 5 windows, all one type, I want a schedule to read one line, count of 5....HELP

In your schedule properties go to the Sorting/Grouping tab and sort by Type, select the Grand totals box and uncheck the Itemize every instance box.

There also should be a "count" field if you don't want to display it like the "grand totals" line. See attached

Yes, that is probably a better solution than mine, and probably closer to what the OP wanted.
