Parameter with Drop down Text Box

Can anyone please tell me how to create Project Information Parameter so it gives you an Edit Text box in the Value field, exactly like the Project Address parameter does? Since I cannot edit the System Family Project Information Parameters I can't figure it out. And I need this. In the very least, I need to rename the Project Address parameter in the Residential Template.

Where do you want to use this? Are you trying to create your own title block?

Project address is a built in field and the only one of its kind in Revit. You can't create another, sorry. When you say you must change the name of the parameter, what do you hope to do that requires this?

I remember wanting this feature two years ago for tagging titleblocks with a mix of revision dates and submittal dates before we learned a workaround for including both dates in the revision schedule.

I've done without the second parameter. And I am instructing my users to fill the Street Address Text field with what we need. Thank you very much for your responses.
