I need help with deleting double lines

I HAVE AUTO CAD 2004 AND I AM TRYING TO FIND THE COMMAND THAT WILL
DELETE ALL DOUBLE LINES AT ONCE.THAT IS ALL PARALLEL LINES ON TOP OF EACH OTHER.

I think there is an Express tool for doing this???
Otherwise I use MAP to perform this function.
Is the data at different Z elevations?
If so perhaps you could flip it over in a side view
and delete it form there.

The Express Tools command is ._OverKill

PullDownMenu: Express -> Modify -> Delete Duplicate Objects

Try OVERKILL; it's in the 2004 express tools.
