Just noticed that McNeel's Rhino has some pretty cool free tutorial podcasts of their software available on iTunes. So, I did a search for Revit on iTunes, and came across these:
Lab Architect (http://labarchitect.com/) - Revit specific and is pretty current.
and
The Digital Architect (http://www.scottonstott.com/vodcast/index.html) - Covers all sorts of design software; one bit on Revit 5. Seems like a hodgepodge of old and new stuff.
I haven't had a chance to really check them out, but thought someone might be interested.
