Can anyone verify this:

I have a building linked into a site.
Draw a line or dimension in the site file close to the link.
Now zoom in and out slightly and notice the line shifting in relation to the link.

I confirmed this on 2 computers, XP and Vista, Revit 2008.
Display setting don't seem to matter. Both Nvidia Quadro, different generations.

Thanks.

We have this problem as well, and it has been associated with us being a rediculous distance from the Revit Origin.

Revit doesnt like that very much.

Our model is 19 miles as the crow flies, and we get that ghosting and shifting all the time. Also, try zooming in very close. "An error has occured while drawing the contents of this window. This window will now be closed."

I see. I guess 3 million feet is too off center.

Thanks.

Wowzers. Thats a hike from the origin.

Yeah, were living and learning, with that one. From now on, i link an Origin Circle in to the base Floor Plan, and leave it there.

Whats worse is our model had two phases with demolition and new work/renovation, plus about 120 floor plans and packages for leasing. Weeeeeeeeee
