Hi, is there a way to Edit the"Room Bounding Element" to match the room size? I have a 20ftx30ft room but the bounding room element displayed is only 5ftx5ft. square. I want both to match perfectly even up to ceiling level.

Thanks in advance

Sounds to me like your "Room" is not "Bound"

You get a generic square room when you insert a Room somewhere that Revit can't find anything to enclose it.
Common problems are:

Walls that don't connect (although, since 9.1, they have to miss by a lot)
Overlapping walls
Rectangular Openings (not doors, the "Opening" from the Modeling menu)
Extra Room Separation lines
Try drawing a Room Separation Line diagonally across the room. If your Room Area looks correct, the problem is on the "Outside" of the room. If it doesn't, try the opposite diagonal. Keep cutting off smaller corners until you find where the problem is & then fix the problem.
Make sure you go back & erase those Room Separation lines when you're done, though.
Room Separation lines are useful in some cases, but DON'T draw a Room Separation line on top of a wall just to fix a problem. It'll come back to bite you later.
