Does anyone know if there is a maqic number of linked files that revit will allow?

I don't think there is a publicly known number. I've seen project files with a couple hundred linked dwg details though, other than a bit sluggish Revit didn't seem to mind.

Along the same lines of that question, i heard an older version of Revit had a limit on the number of parameters in a project? Does anyone know how many versions ago that was? Im brushing up on revit history... :)
