Is there a way to turn polylines to 3d polylines?

I have been trying to draw a wall with the following criteria;

the wall is semi-circular in plan view 25 meters radius (to outside).
the wall is 1 meter in width.
there is a steady fall of 2 meters from one end to the other.

I have created a half spiral in the form of a polyline. But a region will not extruded along this path.

Can anyone help?

In previous versions there was a command called CONVERTPOLY which would do this. I assume it's still there in 2005 but can't be certain.

I'm pretty sure you could do this with
REVSURF or an EDGESURF
Or even an extrude and a slice.
Or send me the arc and the desired
elevations, absolute or relative and I will
model it and send it back as 3d faces.

Thank you for your sugestions.

I used the rule surf command, and it seems to have done the trick.
do you know how I might turn this into a 3d solid?

thanks for your advice. I was not aware of that command. I'm sure it will be usefull to me.
I have created the wall with rule surf, but I still can't make it a 3d solid. It seems to be quite an easy shape.
