Building System Error

[Beginner Revit User]

Hi
I have just started using the REVIT Building Systems package. I'm currently going through some of the tutorials supplied by Autodesk. I keep getting an error message, "Invalid duct fitting K-factor database". Does anyone know what is causing this error. Your input is greatly appreciated.

Can i just add that I'm getting the same grief from my Duct Mounted Equipment and I'd also really appreciate it if anyone out there could shed some light

If I might ask, what is the current build of Revit MEP that you are using? You can find this under the Help pulldown menu and select About Revit....
