So I'm going to irritate the traditionalists here, but after spending the last few weeks annotating and detailing a huge set, and putting together specs and other graphics materials in other packages, a very simple question keeps coming up. Namely, why aren't we using text the same way all of the rest of the document publishing world does? Just tradition? It would be much easier it seems to me to be using 12 pt. notes, 16 pt. headers, with all of the text options that the graphics world has refined over the last 20 years. I don't think it's Revit - I think it's the profession. Same reason we in the US don't use metric, I suppose. Silly Traditions. I can't think of any other reason...
