Floor Space Ratios

hi,
is there a way to automatically calculate/ schdule floor space ratios?

i have a massing block with 4 storeys and a property line drawn.
I'm trying to figure out a way to automatically divde the "Gross Floor Area" field of the massing object with the "Area" field of the Property line system family. can this be done?

The simple answer is no.

It's been requested many times before.

Someone might chime in with a work-around, but the solution generally defeats the purpose.

Not automatic but since the area of the property doesn't change you can add the value to a formula in your floor schedule and have it calculated.
