Do any of you have any best practice recommendations that are not overly complex (think large projects and multiple circumstances and some teams with minimal Revit experience) for demolishing sections of an existing curtain wall assembly (or storefront assembly created with a curtain wall)? We are having serious challenges with a particular project that has 4 phases for different bid packages. An existing curtain wall assembly is being modified during different phases.

Attached is a clip with fantasy phases and fantasy actions in each phase to clarify the problem. Our actual field condition is even more complex. Duplicating the entire curtain wall for each phase is not really an option.

Any brilliant suggestions? Thank you in advance.

At first blush I think that using nested curtain walls is going to be your best bet. I don't think you can control the phase of individual cw objects and I doubt that splitting the wall into a bunch of pieces is going to be very appealing either.
