Array action in a Chained Parameter is automatically starting before I select

I'm using the array command in a chained linear parameter. For some reason it's automatically arraying before I select the option. I'm going to attach the block to show the issue I'm having. I can manually fix it, but that defeats the purpose of having a Dynamic block..

This seems to work fine, sometimes its just a matter of adjusting where the array parameter starts and finishes
