Is it a bug? Just figured out that if the current workset is turned off, linework edits in a view will not provide you with handles to adjust how far the linework adjustment extends. This is similar to when you're drawing a section in a view while the current workset is invisible -- in previous versions of Revit you wouldn't see the graphic until you completed the second click...
