Why attenuation lamp type (and also 'use limits' option) in A2008 can't be changed while lighting units set to International / American ? Anybody know how to change it?

Hi

The below comes from the AutoCAD 2008 Online Help File [F1]...

When the drawing lighting units are photometric, the attenuation type property becomes disabled. Photometric lights have fixed, inverse-square attenuation.Plus the use of OpenGL and Direct 3D affects attenuation.
