I have a project where I have a existing storefront and I have a new door in the existing store front. I would like to schedule with all of the new doors. I have the schedule aset up to not show the existing doors and to show only the new doors in the project. Is there a work around? It looks like if you have a existing storefront the doors are grayed out and cannot be changed.

Curtain walls and phasing is difficult.
Model 2 separate storefronts. 1 is the glazing with a hole for where the door goes. Then the 2nd is the door. Demo the 2nd one. Put in a 3rd one in the current phase and make it the new door. Tag the door and enter the type mark and it should then show up on your schedule.

Don,
You are correct; the individual parts of a curtain wall do not respond to phasing, only the entire wall.
In the existing phase, you can substitute an ‘empty’ panel where the door will be placed. In new construction, place a curtain wall within the empty opening, and change the panel type to a door.

Since storefront doors are hosted by the storefront, I don't think you'll be able to add a door in the new phase if the storefront is in the existing phase. You may want to demo the existing storefront and add it back in the new phase and place the new door in this storefront.
Not sure how this plays with the graphics though. You may also want to play with phasing display properties and/or view property filters.
edit ... man I type slow.
